Product license
This license applies to the printable products sold through the Routes & Burrows store — the seating charts, route planning pages, logs, substitute packs, the binder package, and any editable source files included with them. A copy also ships with every download.
1. What your purchase includes
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to print and use the materials according to the tier you bought:
- Single driver — one driver, for their own route(s). Print as many copies as you need for your own use.
- Building license — up to 10 drivers at one school, depot, or terminal.
- District license — unlimited drivers within one school district or transportation organization. Includes editable source files.
All tiers allow unlimited printing for the licensed users, filling pages in by hand or digitally, laminating, and placing pages in sheet protectors or binders.
2. What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the materials, in original or modified form.
- Share the digital files beyond the drivers covered by your tier — including posting them to public websites, shared drives, social media, or teacher-resource marketplaces.
- Use the materials, or modified versions of them, to create products for sale.
- Remove branding or claim authorship of the materials.
Editable source files (included with the district tier and the binder package) may be customized for internal use within your licensed organization only. Customized versions remain covered by this license.
3. Important use disclaimer
This product is provided as an organizational and planning tool only.
It does not replace:
- Employer or district-required forms
- Vehicle inspections or safety checks
- Incident, discipline, or accident reports
- Emergency procedures or training
- Official transportation records or systems
The user is responsible for following all employer, school board, and transportation authority policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
4. Student information and privacy
Filled-in pages may contain student names, stops, seating positions, and other sensitive information. You are responsible for handling completed pages in line with your district's data-privacy policies and applicable law (for example FERPA in the United States or equivalent regulations elsewhere). Store completed pages securely, and dispose of them according to your district's records policy.
5. No warranty
The materials are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Routes & Burrows does not warrant that the materials meet the requirements of any particular employer, district, or transportation authority. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Routes & Burrows is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the materials.
6. Digital goods and refunds
The materials are digital products delivered by download. As stated at checkout, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded.
